If you have question about your BMW or MINI, you can do one of two things:
1. Call 800-535-2002, option 5. This is the best way to ensure a prompt response. We have knowledgeable, courteous phone reps here to answer your calls Monday thru Thursday 8 am to 9 pm, Friday 8 am to 7 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm Eastern time. (Local & international customers please call 603-427-2002.) They’ll be happy to answer your questions about BMW and MINI maintenance, replacement parts and upgrades.
2. Submit your question to that savvy BMW & MINI enthusiast, “Bavarian Otto.” Otto does his best to answer every question sent to him, but because of the large volume of e-mail he receives, he is not be able to answer all questions in a timely manner. If you do not require an immediate answer, click here to ask Otto. However, if you need an answer within a certain timeframe, please give us a call.
